All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Must cancel appointments 24hrs prior to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee/no-show fee. Late policy: You have a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late for an appointment please notify me immediately. Your appointment begins at the time booked. If you are late but arrive within grace period your appointment will be cut short. If you are more than 10 minutes late this will result in appointment cancellation and deposit loss.
